Waitlist privacy

FootballOS uses the name, email address, role and any optional club or interest details you submit to manage your place on the waitlist and contact you about FootballOS early access and launch. We record when you registered and the version of this notice you agreed to.

Registration is optional. By ticking the contact box, you agree to these emails. To withdraw or ask us to delete your registration, email help@footballos.co.uk. Please use an adult’s contact details and do not submit information about children.

Registrations are stored in Microsoft Azure Table Storage in UK South. Only authorised operators and the registration service can access the list. This website uses Microsoft Azure to host its pages and process registrations. The website and registration service are hosted in UK South.

Registrations expire 180 days after submission and are removed by a daily cleanup. Duplicate submissions are rejected and do not replace your original details or extend that period. Short-lived request digests are used to limit spam and are removed after expiry. Operational logs are retained for up to 30 days; the registration code does not log form contents.

This waitlist does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting services process the technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. We do not sell the waitlist or create a FootballOS account when you register.
